Book Your Stay for the 2025 AZFAR Hall of Fame Honoree Dinner

All guestroom reservations must be received by February 28th, 2025, to be honored at the group rate.  At the cut-off date, all unreserved rooms in your block will be released back into the general hotel inventory, and additional reservation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to hotel availability.

All other incidentals

 There is a cancellation fee for a one-night room and tax if a reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival. An early departure fee of one-night room and tax will be applied should a guest depart sooner than the date confirmed at check-in.
